1. General Policy
Refunds may be available under specific conditions as outlined below. All refund requests must be made in writing via email to info@logicalladder.com and will be reviewed within 5–7 business days.
2. Session-Based Tutoring
- Cancellations with 24+ hours’ notice: A full refund or reschedule option will be provided.
- Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice: The session fee is non-refundable.
- Missed Sessions (No-Show): No refunds will be provided.
3. Prepaid Packages and Monthly Plans
- If a student withdraws before using any sessions, a full refund (minus processing fees) will be issued.
- If only part of the package has been used, a pro-rated refund will be provided for the unused sessions.
- Once 50% or more of the sessions have been completed, no refunds will be granted.
4. Trial Session
Our 30-minute trial session is completely free. No payment is required unless the student chooses to continue with regular tutoring.
5. Service Dissatisfaction
If you are not satisfied with your tutoring experience, please contact us immediately. We will review the situation and may, at our discretion, offer:
- A replacement session with a different tutor, or
- A partial refund, depending on the circumstances.
6. Refund Processing Time
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
7. Non-Refundable Items
- Completed tutoring sessions
- Custom lesson materials and study plans
- Administrative or registration fees (if applicable)
8. Changes to This Policy
Logical Ladder Academy LLC reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Any updates will be posted on our website with the revised effective date.
